locked SIM card
My IPad mini 4 says my SIM is locked and need a PUK to unlock. Where do I get the PUK code.
iPad Mini Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 10.3.2

The PUK (personal unlock code) is the PIN for your SIM card. You'll need t have your carrier provide you the PUK or get you a new SIM card.
