How to resolve text messages between Samsung n iPhone?

I got new Samsung phone from work , I got personal iPhone 6s ,when I text any iPhone user n when he replies it comes to my iPhone,I checked send receive,ticked off my work number(don't know how it came to my iPhone list ) this time not getting any reply even in my iPhone...just want to separate work phone Samsung with personal phone iPhone,how please let me know ( I had another iPhone 4 with same Apple ID but I lost it)
