Hello Apple - need help

Apple can't/won't help you as it's not your phone, they will only potentially help the original purchaser of the phone (if he has proof of ownership e.g. original receipt with the phone's serial number on it). The person whose phone it is can try contacting Support (with proof of purchase) via https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Please maintain continuity with your posts. You should not use multiple posts which only confuse matters. Nor should you include personal emails or data. Apple does not provide a help system to trace individuals or their property.

If Mr. Azani has forgotten his Apple ID and/or his password he should go to http://iforgot.apple.com and proceed from there do discover his ID and reset his password. Obviously he will be asked for proof of identity.

You have actually tried the link I gave you? If he is really unable to recover his data then the only other option - provided that he is the original owner - is for him to take it to an Apple Store (make an appointment) together with the original purchase documents. Failing that the phone is permanently useless.

The link I gave may lead to a contact method other than email. If the phone is activation locked then only the ID and password used to lock it can unlock it, and there's no way at all round that.
