How to cancel unauthorized order

I received a notice to cancel an unauthorized purchase of

Space Qube

with Order Number HDH6YMK37
and IP Address
190.153.81.31 (31.81.153.190.net-uno.net)
by going to my Apple ID account page but I couldn't find the order in my several attempt.

It's likely to be a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details, and not a genuine email from iTunes.

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing an account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)

If it is a phishing email you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
