Why wont the little phone icon appear on my itunes when i connect my phone?
I am trying to back up my phone on my laptop but when i connect my phone it doesn't give me the option to access my phone.
If you aren't getting the device icon is the computer's OS and iTunes versions sufficiently high for the phone's iOS version ? Have you tried : If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support ?
