How can I get an mp3 file from safari to itunes?

Youtube does not provide download links to videos. You will need to find a tool that downloads & converts the audio to your desired format. Some movie formats already have mp3 audio, examine the options of any downloaded apps you try.

Youtube-dl is a free tool that works in the command line, otherwise you will need to find a browser extension or alternative.
