Finder Window–Icon View–How To Arrange Folders Vertically

I recently upgraded my iMac OS to Sierra. After installation of Sierra I noticed my finder window icons were no longer arranged as I had them prior to installation. I prefer my folders in the finder window to be arranged alphabetically in vertical columns from left to right. Now the folders are arranged alphabetically in horizontal rows from left to right (pictured below).

"Show View Options" does not give the option to align folders vertically instead of horizontally. I've tried checking/unchecking different options for "Arrange By" and "Sort By". No luck.

This alphabetical vertical folder arrangement I'm wanting....is it not offered with Sierra? Please advise. Thank you.

Appreciate the reply, but that didn't work. However, I noticed I was running OS 10.12, which was the original sierra installation but saw the most recent version is 10.12.5. Not sure why this version wasn't installed yesterday when I upgraded to Sierra, but that's besides the point.

So I installed the most updated version of Sierra, 10.12.5. When my computer restarted I opened the finder window and to my surprise my folders were aligned the way I wanted them to be. Strange, but true. Must of been a bug in the 10.12 version to not allow this feature. Not my problem anymore though. Thanks again.
