Has anyone had an issue where animated stickers no longer move? It seems to have happened with all of my sticker packs.... I need Ariel to swim in circles again, or no one will know what I'm feeling!

think it's an iOS 10.3.3 beta issue
use your feedback app to report the problem on your beta version of iOS, otherwise it may not get fixed. I have reported it too, but it usually takes more than one person to give it a priority.
Thank you! I did it this morning, and had an email from Apple this afternoon saying they found the bug and fixed it. I had a new build waiting for me, and they work after install.
Great! I updated mine too, and it's working again.
Without animated stickers, I can't function 😂

I'm having the same issue with the release of iOS 10.3.3, I don't think it's been fixed from the beta—my animated stickers have stopped working when I upgraded from 10.3.2.
