Need help! for some reason while downloading apps on my phone it turned off and begin to flash the apple logo. I tried updating it but it continues to say error 14 while updating. The problem is my computer was recently stolen with the back up so i don't want to restore it because doing so will result in a loss of all of my data. There has to be a way I can update it so i can retain my data. someone please help!
