I already have an icloud account, but I want a secondary icloud email address (to keep business and pleasure separate). Can I setup a secondary icloud email address?

I have the same question. The alias doesn't allow you to choose sender in the iphone mail app-- I think you need to go through the icloud website. So that doesn't meet my business needs. It seems you might need a second icloud account (something I'm trying to avoid).

Go to iCloud.com/Mail, click the gear at the bottom left, and select Preferences. Then Accounts and create a new alias.
You can and to some extent, you can keep them on the same devices, exactly what are you looking for.
