Updated iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 10.3.2 -> Massive software problems

I updated my 32GB iPhone 7 Plus from iOS 10.3.1 to iOS 10.3.2 on May 27th 2017 (about 13 hours ago at the time of writing) and I've had massive software issues since then. My backup iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.1 works perfectly with the exact same carrier and I carry it everywhere with me.

ISSUES INCLUDE:

Phone freezing when calling

The app that was open stays open but stops all interaction. All buttons stop working on the phone. This

lasts for about 2-3 minutes and then everything happens at the same time. All button presses and touches are
stacked and then executed when the phone un-freezes.

Complete carrier signal loss

The phone loses carrier signal completely and shows "No carrier".

LTE / 4G downgrading to 3G or complete loss of mobile data.

Random signal drops.

No dial sound when calling and when the person answers, I don't hear him/her.

When the person answers the call, the timer shows "00:00" all the time and does not
go forwards. This could be related to the first issue listed above.

Battery drains over double the speed than normally.
In 12 hours (with very minimal usage because I switched to my backup phone), the battery has dropped from 100% to 20%. No apps are running, but the phone is connected to my Apple Watch 2.

Waiting for any answers or an iOS update. No physical damage has been done to the phone.
I have not tried doing a full reset yet.

I would try a hard reset of the phone to start with.. If not already done (off button and down volume)

I too am having some of the above symptoms.

Slow Download speed both on wifi and 4G/LTE

I have a iPhone 7 plus which is on the 10.3.2

I have spent the last few hours resetting the iPhone with no change..

When connected to one of my wifi access points (3 different manufactures) i get a throttling at around 2mb or less (I should get over 20mb as i am in rural area..

On my wife's Iphone6 plus at 10.0.2 she has over 20mb connection in the same place.. Both iPads 4 Gen and 3Gen have 20mb download speeds

I am using speedtest.net for results

Also when testing the speed on 4G/LTE i can get 4mb download using my iPhone 7 Plus but using my wife's 50mb and to add to this if i use my iPhone 7 plus as a remote hotspot i get 50mb on the IPads...

So something has to be throttling my download speeds.. I have done all of below and more nothing has resolved my issue or improved

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

iCloud usage is about 5% (250 MB from a total of 5000MB).

That is not relevant to this issue.

General storage has 15 GB of free space.

This is relevant, and sounds good!

If the reset does not solve the issue, take IdrisSeabright's suggestion and restore.

I strongly suggest you never rely on beta software to solve an issue you encounter with released software.
