Safari won't allow print button to print

I am trying to print from a webpage (hosted by Federal Government) which will open a new page to allow printing of the condensed document. The button does not respond to command.

This function works fine in Chrome browser but not in Safari.

I have disabled all popup windows and all ad-blockers and reboot system but to no avail.

I use this web address often for work and is now very annoyed that I have to switch browser in order to print sumary
