Apple music app wont re download

I deleted the apple music app of my iPhone 5s by accident and when i open the app store to re download it, it just says open as if its not deleted. I've asked siri to open music app or play music but she says its not available. Its frustrating me because i listen to music daily and now i cant. I've checked all through my setting and i cant figure it out and i have searched through the internet and cant find anything related to this. I have IOS 10.3.1 if that helps.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

If the Music app on your iPhone 5s is not responding, try updating your iPhone to iOS 10.3.2. That should refresh the software for you.
Make sure you have a backup of your device before you begin.
