iPad Cannot Restore from Recovery. Message States "TATSU declined to authorize this image on this device for this user"

Originally, I cannot power on my iPad. I had it charge over night. I've tried hardware reset (hold home + lock button). Next, I've tried to do a recovery & restore via iTunes.

Yet I get that message states: "This iPad cannot be restored. TATSU declined to authorize this image on this device for this user."

What does that suppose to mean?! Please help! I've only used this iPad for 3 years and barely take it outside the house.

Hello there! You want to see ipad that year is produced and then see if the connector shows the charging cable and the connector did not get iphone authorized. Then you go to applestore looking for talented forest technician to re-update. After the update should also need your appleID to enter the interface. After entering the interface if there is also a new update you can find to restore the factory settings
