Is Turkey included in Europe for electrical adaptors? Should I use an adapter or go for a converter?

I will be traveling in Greece and Turkey with iPhone6; will I need an adapter or a converter, especially in Turkey? Apple offers the World wide adapter. It that is not a converter. Thanks!

You need an adaptor not a voltage converter, the Magsafe runs on any voltage between 100vac and 240 vac.
