You can't delete the App Store from your device. It's more likely that you have accidentally setup restrictions.
Open Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> Enter your restirctions code -> Make sure "Installing Apps" and "Safari" are turned on.

Another option is that the apps are still on the phone, but hidden in a folder somewhere.
Swipe down from the middle of any home screen to open the search bar. Type the app name to see if there are already present on the phone.

Connect your iPhone to your PC/Mac and open iTunes, then select apps in the left menu option. select the apps you want to sync back to your device
