addresses in contacts not showing up on I phone

I have tried every fix offered. I am trying to figure out why the addresses that are all complete on my MacBook Air do not show up on my Iphone6+ I have tried syncing them through iTunes. iCloud, which I have updated along with every other app and operating system. Any more tips that have worked out there? This is so frustrating.

Thanks

Liz

Your Contacts are saved by Accounts on your iPhone. Or more specifically, email accounts.

This is what I would check first...

• Open Contacts on your MacBook.

• In the upper left, you'll see Contacts saved just "On My Mac."

• Contacts saved here will not sync with your iPhone.

Now take a look at your iPhone...

• Go into Settings > Contacts.

• Across the top, you'll see "Accounts."

• If you touch Accounts, you'll see which email address you have enabled saving Contacts under.

• If you want to enable Contacts for an Account/Email, touch it and give permission.

Go back to your MacBook...

• Are the Contacts you want to sync saved under the Account (email address) in the left column?

• Again, make sure they're not saved "On My Mac."
