what do you do if you cant swipe the wifi to turn on

Reset the iPhone by holding the on/off and home buttons (unless you have an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7+) together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Go to settings down to reset Reset network settings After reset enter your router wireless key.
