I am using the same Apple ID on both my iPhone and MacBook.
My 2 children are under the Family share with App Purchase request enabled.
When they request an App paid or free... the request to approve only shows on my MacBook and not my iPhone.
Help please 😉

Make sure your signed in to the correct iCloud account on your phone.
Be certain you have set up Notification Center on your iPhone to display the request.

Notifications on ..iPhone is also not on do not disturb ... still no notification for request to approve on iPhone only on my MacBook!
I have this issue too but on,y fairly recently. I get the requests on my iPad but not on my iPhone. Same ID on both and it was never a problem till maybe 3 weeks or so ago
