How can I cancel my subscription to CBS all access?

How can I cancel my CBS all access subscription? I tried vía the report a problem link in the email with the receipt from apple and asked for a cancellation. They refunded the April Charge but charged it again this month, and now the report a problem link will not let me access the CBS link. Please help me.
