There is no specific setting within watchOS for logging that you are pregnant.


Activity-related estimations made by Apple Watch depend, in part, on your personal information.


For the most accurate results from the Activity app and Workout during pregnancy, be sure to keep your weight information up to date.


This can be done either by tracking your weight via a third-party app that shares data to the iOS Health app or by manually editing your personal information:


On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Health > Edit - tap on and adjust Weight, then tap on Done.
