"Three finger drag" option is missing on Sierra 10.12.5?
System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options... > "tree finger drag" item is missing.
Look at here:
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.5)
It seems so. I don't know why, though.
