Teamviewer logs out macOS

I'm running macOS 10.12.5 and Teamviewer 12.0.75813, although this has happened with previous versions of macOS. When I disconnect my session, my host logs out, leaving the Mac at the login screen. Is there an option in Teamviewer that I can change so this doesn't happen?

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS Sierra (10.12.5), (Late 2014)

I don't have Teamviewer installed, so I can't post the exact file name.

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences and locate the Teamviewer.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.

Restart the computer, open the application, and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.

If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.
