How to watch Video Podcasts on iPad using Homesharing

We subscribe to educational Video Podcasts in iTunes on a computer and used to be able to watch these videos on iPads using HomeSharing. This allowed the large Video files to all be stored in the Computer's iTunes Library and we could just stream them to iOS devices without having to download the large files to the mobile devices.

This functionality was removed in iOS 7. Does anyone know of a way to do this using iOS 10?

HomeSharing is what gives you access to the Shared Library. It will Share Podcasts to another computer using iTunes (unless that was recently broken also) but not to iOS devices.

My settings were to Share entire Library.

I changed to Share Selected Playlists like in your screenshot.

I still do not have access to any of my Library Shared Podcasts or Podcast Playlists in the Podcasts app or in the TV app but in the Music app the Podcast Playlist will show up but it says there is no music in it so you can't play anything.
