Apple TV error "TV isnt available right now. Check your internet connection and try again."

I noticed last night that the "TV App" was not loading correctly. Mostly it just spins and spins and sometimes it gives me the error listed in the subject here. Every now and then it will load everything but the content on the "Watch Now" Tab. I have restarted the Apple TV, the router, and modem, but it's still the same. I can't find anyone else with this issue when I search.
