Update requested
When i goto software update, it says "update requested" please help

That message means that you or someone else initiated the download of the iOS software update. If you are stuck on that, try restarting your phone and if a conventional restart doesn't work, try a forced restart. For an iPhone 7, press and hold down on both the Volume Down button and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
