How do I restore files from BackBlaze? (third party backup)
OK, I may have committed the "unpardonable sin" in the eyes of the Apple upper echelon, but because of a defective MAC (2012 Macbook Pro) hardware part, a "bridge," as the Apple Store repair person told me, I could no longer back up using Time Machine, although I did not know why at the time it would not work. I did post here, but never got a suitable response either from Seagate (Mac Compatible back up HD) or Apple. At any rate, I went to a third party to backup in the cloud. I chose BackBlaze. Now, in order for Apple workers to correctly install this "bridge" part, they had to wipe my HD. No problem, since I knew I had back up files stored on the cloud. I now have the unzipped files staring with /macintosh HD/users, but I cannot get "Migrate" to find those files, nor can I find any answers how to "migrate" from a third party back-up. There must be a way, but I can't find out how to do it. It is as though Apple says, "ask Backblaze for help," and Backblaze says "ask Apple for help." So I need some help. Please help. Know what I mean?
I have guesses on how this might be done, but not sure. I don't want to guess wrong.
I am running a MACbook Pro, mid 2012 w latest version of Sierra 10.12.5, 2.5 processor i5
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.1), Run Parallels
