I receive emails from a message sender but for some reason it keeps going into my junk mail. Is there any way to stop that so it goes directly into my inbox?

I receive emails from a message center but for some reason it keeps going into my junk mail. Is there any way to stop that so it goes directly into my inbox? I already know if I check the junk folder and open the email I can move the email into the inbox.

The Email app is whatever you are using on your iPhone to view these emails. Generally the blue icon with the white envelope. That's the Apple Mail App.

Unless you are using the Yahoo Mail App in which case its a purple icon with a white envelope.

Or are you checking your email through Yahoo's website?

If you are using the Apple Mail App, then if you open one email from this sender you should see a row of icons at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the flag icon on the left side, and select "Mark as not Junk". This will mark mails from that sender as not being junk. You may need to do it a couple times before it learns.
