Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse Not Connecting!

i have a Designer Bluetooth Mouse that is Not Connecting to my Mac MiniUser uploaded file

I have done what the instruction says but it is still not working!

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.5)

Go to the Microsoft compatibility checker site and check if that mouse is compatible with your operating system 10.12.5.
