my iphone 5s have some lines on the display and doesn't touch the display properly...what should i do to resolve this?

You can try a Restore, but it appears to be a hardware issue. Backup your iPhone, import all your photos and music, then make an appointment at an Apple Store and have the phone examined.
Hi psuminda. If the lines are sweeping across the screen, you may have enabled Switch Control, an Accessibility feature. Try triple clicking on the Home button to turn it off, or ask Siri to turn off switch control. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility, and make sure the settings are configured the way you want.
