Greetings! I ran Disk Utility First Aid on my hard disk and it now says I have "95.37 GB Purgeable" ... how do I do this purge?

That is done by the system in the background. You don't manually purge it.
Why do you think you need to purge the space that is list as purgeable?
Is your Mac suffer from free disk space problems?
How do I purge the space on my hard disk?
