Sent mail Gmail from Mail app not syncing with webmail

Hi,

I am using macOS Sierra 10.12.5 on my MBP (13" mid 2012).

Somehow, gmail sent from Mail app aren't syncing with webmail; not able to see sent mails of Gmail, sent from MacBook mail app, on Gmail on web browser.

Mailbox behaviors from Gmail is attached FYI.

Please assist.

According to your settings, Sent messages are set to On My Mac, even though they should still copy under the IMAP file. Expand the gmail account in the sidebar and look at the sent messages there.

If you change the Sent mailbox in settings to Gmail's Sent mailbox, then they will sync under the main Sent mailbox in Mail.
