"MS Money" for Mac

Hello,

I've just bought my first mac computer in order to switch from windows based system to something new and hopefully something better... I used to work with MS Money 2004 and now I would like to keep my old files. Does somebody can recommend a software solution that's compatible with the MS Money and runs on Mac OS X 10.4.8. As far as I know there is no Mac version of MS Money 200x.

Thanky you!

Thomas

One possibility would be to use Crossover and see if MS Money will run on that.

Or you could use Boot Camp (or Parallels) to run a full copy of Windows and run MS money on that.

You might also look at importing your M$ Money data into Quicken (for the PC)
https://quicken.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/quicken.cfg/php/enduser/stdadp.php?pfaqid=1697

and then go from Quicken for Windows to Quicken for Macintosh

(you don't necessarily have to own a copy of quicken, you might have a friend or co-worker on whose computer you could do the actual file conversions....)

hope this helps,

kj
