12" MacBook Memory Upgrade (8GB to 16GB)

I have a 12" MacBook (early 2016; 1.3 GHz Intel Core m7; 8GB 1867 MHz LPDDR3). When I configured mine, the maximum memory possible was 8GB. However, I see the new ones can be configured to 16GB (MacBook - Technical Specifications - Apple (UK)). I know it's not possible to upgrade the memory at home, but can it be done at an official Apple Repair location? Thanks!
