Blank Apple Music tabs in iTunes

"For You," "Browse" and "Radio" tabs all just come up blank. My library and iTunes store work fine. Looks like others are having this problem according to comments on this site.

I am able to play music from my play history that is not stored natively on my computer. So it seems like streaming is working. There's just no interface.

Everything works on my phone.

Computer is OSX 10.10.5 with iTunes version 12.6.1.27. No updates available. Anyone know what the deal is?

I'm starting to see talk around the internet of an OS upgrade to Sierra being necessary to fix this issue. This is pretty unacceptable if true. Apple support doesn't appear to have a fix other than that AFAIK. Still haven't seen any official acknowledgement from Apple about this issue which appears to be pretty widespread. Even just an acknowledgement would be comforting--to know someone is working on a fix.

This problem just started to plague me yesterday, and I read how many other people fixed this by updating to macOS Sierra. I just finished updating moments ago and everything seems to be working again!

Yes, I'm in the same situation. I suspected that upgrading the OS was going to be the only way to fix this. it's a pity there's been no notification, warning or advice etc from Apple. It looks like I'll upgrade then.

Yup, I am of the same opinion. It's not acceptable. I have Mavericks on my 13" MBP and I will not upgrade it because as soon as I do I will not be able to use my old Apple TV or Airport Express. I will not be held to ransom by the richest company in the world, so Apple, if you are reading this, please fix this stuff up or expect a subscriber to cancel.

I have this problem too and started a couple of days ago.

Comments:

1. Apple need to acknowledge this issue

2. They need to fix this issue

3. I'd like to be reimbursed for the days I could not use Apple Music

I look forward to hearing from Apple Support shortly.

Has anybody heard back from Apple regarding this issue? I submitted a request for help over 24 hours ago and have not had a response.

I think it's important that all of us submit these requests otherwise they will not prioritise it as a problem.

I've had this issue for a few days but it appears to have resolved itself this afternoon at some point I restarted my lab top and the tabs began working again. Never did break down an upgrade to Sierra

So it seems to be working again, but apple s customer care support on this was really blah....

With me, they went around and around and then even asked me to reset the NVRAM...

NOTHING happened.

and then a call was scheduled and all.

but, why make me go through all of that, if the problem was on the server end...
they should really check that before anything else...

I am also having this same issue on an iMac: OSX 10.9.5 and iTunes 12.6.0.100 - blank tabs for "For You," "Browse" and "Radio." This works fine on my iPhone 6 and Windows 10 laptop.

Same here, streaming works fine, but not working on For You, or Browse or Radio tabs.

Can't upgrade to latest OS as on work computer and it won't let me. Shouldn't make a difference though.

I just participated in a Live Chat with Apple Support who instructed me to close iTunes, delete all website data in Safari, and re-launch iTunes. This fixed absolutely nothing.
