To check that this has been entered accurately (and to keep it updated over time):
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health > Edit - tap and adjust items, then tap on Done.
Having corrected any inaccuracies in your personal information, it may also help to:
Restart both your iPhone and your watch, turning both devices off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
Reset your calibration data and re-calibrate your watch. Calibration improves the accuracy of health and activity-related estimations including active calories:
