Hello, I recently acquired an iMac through purchase of a storage lot. However the iMac has no OS installed on it. Is there any way that I can install an OS on to it?
Details of the system are as follows - iMac 27" (late 2012 model), 3.2Ghz Intel Core i5.
I believe Yosemite was the installed OS previously.

You can either use a bootable OS X/macOS installer USB, or you can hold command + option + R on startup to enter internet recovery mode, from there you will be able to download OS X onto your hard drive.
