Track Names(CBBD)

I made a Xmas CD for a friend using my Mac iTunes. She was able to import the songs into her Windows iTunes, but the songs are listed track 1, track 2 etc. An attempt to label the songs using the get track names(CBBD) did not work. Is there any work around that will work? Should I have processed the songs differently before I burnt the CD. Thanks for the help.
