Chrome icon "missing" after reboot. (dock)

So I have made custom icons for all my apps using image2icon. All went well changing icons including system ones (had to disable SIP) however after every reboot chrome turns into the "missing" question mark. I have to repin chrome on every reboot. Haven't noticed this with any other apps yet.

Not sure if this is the place to ask.
