Docking station with ipad pro
Is iPad Pro compatible with docking stations for external monitors like a Kensington USB 3.0 speeddock? In addition, can a magic mouse be paired to the iPad Pro?

No to both questions. There is no support for docking stations like that in iOS. And iOS does not and never has supported the use of a mouse. There are specific mice that when used with specific apps allow use of a mouse for a Remote Desktop connection, but that is the complete limit of mouse use with an iOS device.
