How to completely remove cookies from iPhone?

Hi, I tried to remove all cokies from iPhone, but one is still there. Google! On the the iPad which is much older remains some 7-9 cokies. How to delete ALL cokies?

iPhone 7, iOS 10

Something similar is going on also in macOS Sierra.

After deleting the cookies some databases remains and cannot be deleted...

Hi Jimmi,

I did exately as mentioned in help (> Clear History and Website Data and > Remove All Website Data) twice!, but the Google cookie is still there...
