Plantronics Vogager Focus UC not staying connected

Hello,

I have been using a bluetooth headset called the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC. My phone is an iphone 7 Plus and I am running 10.3.2.

When the headset connects correctly it sounds great. But it only sounds great for about 3 calls and then there is so much static I can't use the headset. At that point I have to uninstall the headset and then start the pairing process all over again. After that I can make 3 calls again.

I have gone over this with Plantronics but there doesn't seem to be anything they can do to help. When my wife uses the headset on her iphone 6S the headset works perfectly. She is using 10.0.2.

Any suggestions?

Based on what you stated, it seems you are experiencing issues with your iPhone and Bluetooth headset, but you don't have this issue when the headset is used with your wife's iPhone.
