Calendar: Add floating time zone as default option

This is a feature request. Please add floating time zone as a default option in Calendar. I don't like having to set the time zone for every remote event I create. If I schedule a meeting for 6pm in LA while I in NY (and I forget to change the time zone to PST) the meeting time shifts to 3pm once my system clock updates. In addition if I DO remember to set the time zone to PST, it displays as 9pm EST while in NY. Knowing that my LA meeting is going to be at 9pm EST is totally useless information and confusing.
