I purchased a one week free trial subscription of DUET PRO. I wish to cancel the trial subscription before the deadline otherwise ITUNES will automatically effect the transaction. I accessed ITUNES on my macbook and am unable to fund any option to cancel this trial subscription. Please advise. Thanks

You don't need to go 'AppStore', you log into the account via the Account > View My Account menu option
The 'S$27.98 Subscribe' button implies that it's not going to auto-renewal, it's only giving you the option to subscribe, not to stop a subscription. If you want to double-check with iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
Can’t find this page, there is no AppStore in the selection....
When I click "review your subscription" it took me to the screen I posted in the first instance.
Only 2 UI elements are clickable: "$27.98 Subscribe" and "Done".
Unless I am missing something very obvious, there is no apparent option to cancel this subscription.
You may be right, but the email is also very clear unless my english comprehension is poor:
"You will not be charged for your free trial. Once it ends, your subscription will renew at S$ 27.98 unless you cancel by 11 June 2017."
I have submitted a ticket to the support link you shared.

Your screenshot implies that it won't auto-renew, if it was I would have expected it to say something like 'cancel', not 'subscribe' . But to double-check contact iTunes Support
