Recover contacts with broke screen

I broke my screen on my iphone . It kind of looks like a flannel jacket on the display and can only see one number where the time is displayed. Itunes request me to click a trust tab but can not see the tab or even the numbers to unlock with password.

Is there any way to get my contacts transferred to my pc?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10.3.1

Yes.

Get the screen repaired at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Restore the repaired iPhone from your latest backup.

Or, if your contacts were stored in iCloud, you may use your PC's web browser to visit http://www.icloud.com and retrieve your contacts from there.
