Bootcamp drive/partition not showing up in Windows 10 setup screen.

So I've done the whole bootcamp process on my early 2014 11-inch macbook air running macOS Sierra latest update according to instructions in order to install Windows 10 64-bit (note that I've done it twice successfully before in different machines) but when I restart in Windows to do the setup I don't see the usual "Drive 0 Partition 4: BOOTCAMP" to format and install. Also I cannot remove the Windows partition from my mac because it doesn't show up anywhere, including the utility disk! When I run the Bootcamp app it won't let me check the "remove windows" box as well, so what am I gonna do now? Please help me! Thanks in advance.

MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2014), macOS Sierra (10.12.5)

I'm sorry, is this what you meant with "text version"? If not, let me know what did you mean, if so, then there you go:
