I signed up for unlimited music on iTunes so I could pay monthly instead of each song and it still billed me for my songs.. can someone help me figure out the problem???

Hi - which service did you sign up for? You are posting in the iTunes Match community. iTunes Match makes your music available in iCloud and across your devices. It does not allow unlimited music for one monthly price. For that you would need to subscribe to Apple Music. Once you do, you can stream and download music using the Browse tab in iTunes or the Music app.

If you have signed up for Apple Music you get the music from "For you" or "browse". If you download from iTunes Store, you will be charged.
