iPhone 6 bad LTE modems?

My iPhone 6 started getting "glitchy" about a month ago. Sometimes wouldnt connect to LTE. Usually corrected just by restating the phone. Last week while at work it displayed "Searching..." and nothing Ive tried will connect it. Replaced SIM and still nothing. Person at Verizon store said the 6 was known for this happening and their is no fix other than replacing the phone. ANyone know if Apple will replace the phone or at least give credit for the phone if I purchase a new one? Phone is out of warranty, but no water damage and no repairs ever done on it. Model A1549, 128GB, purchased new from AT&T in Oct of 2015.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.2, A1549

Hello,

First double check with these steps:

If your iPhone or iPad shows No Service or Searching - Apple Support

If those steps don't work, I would suggest contacting Apple Support, as they can try some diagnostic steps to see if it is a hardware problem. Apple Support will guide you in the right direction if a repair/replacement is needed.
