if I cancelled bt notifier app, will they|GIVE ME FULL REFUND
I canceled a subscription that is billing me $99.99- and the app didnt even work, how do I get my money refunded ?

Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, select the transaction, report the problem, and request a refund. While purchases/downloads are considered final, Apple will review on a case to case basis for refunds.
