iMac stuck on keyboard and mouse screen

Hi everybody, I hope someone would help me solving my problem,here it is:

Got an iMac recently bought to someone on internet and in fact I can't succeed in using it cause it always shows the logos of the mouse and the keyboard (seem to be a keyboard), does someone know how to fix it ?

NB: I've seen some posts with the same kind of problem but on Macbook so the person changed the parts concerned (connector to keyboard) and it was alright, but here it can't be nothing like this to change cause it's an iMac. Please help me.

Yes but doesn't change anything. I went to an Apple Store to ask if it could change anything if I plug another keyboard and mouse than those I have but they're sure it won't change anything and they precised it should start with or without keyboard/mouse plugged. Although they don't got any idea to solve the problem...

I've never seen that problem before but it seems that if they started it up in Target Disk Mode, it would allow them to install a fresh system on it.

Thanks a lot for your answer, I'll try to get back to the Apple Store this week or try with a friend who got a MacBook if he's available during the week.
